The StenoCast RED (Refresh-Enabled Device) allows the reporter to send wireless realtime to up to 14 clients. The StenoCast RED includes these important features:
The reporter may designate seven wireless connections to be sent via the CaseView protocol and seven wireless connections to be sent via the Bridge protocol. Wireless realtime sent via the Bridge protocol allows for the refresh feature to be utilized.
The reporter has the option to configure his or her StenoCast RED so that all 14 connections can be set with either the Bridge or the CaseView protocol.
The StenoCast RED also has a serial output port so that if the need arises where a client prefers a physical serial cable connection instead of a wireless connection, you may plug a serial cable directly into the StenoCast Edge and then receive your realtime via serial cable.
The StenoCast RED transmitter is just $400. Ez Receivers are purchased separately. You may purchase additional receivers and designate those receivers to be programmed with either the Bridge or CaseView protocol.
